Lehigh Gas Partners is a limited partnership formed to engage in the wholesale distribution of motor fuels, consisting of gasoline and diesel fuel, and to own and lease real estate used in the retail distribution of motor fuels.
With the focus on metropolitan and urban markets, Lehigh Gas Partners distributes motor fuel to almost 800 locations in nine states (Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey, New York, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and Florida). Five of the states in which we own sites are among the “top 10” consumers of motor fuels in the United States.
Lehigh Gas Partners is a publicly traded master limited partnership. Our units are traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “LGP.”
